Why isn't it a bannable offense to ask publicly about banned members who were banned for committing bannable offenses?

Why do people think they have the right to know, it is between the mods and the banned and maybe a complainer, but not the right of a member, and why not ask a mod in a pm instead of making another annoying thread, or maybe he is an attention whore. Oh he as upset the mods so they will ignore him, he can't ask his friends as they are banned, what a fucking mess.
